High School and College students: strategies to maximize college admissions [high school course selection, 2 or 4 year path, university search, applications, essay prompts, testing], ensure all deadline dates are met with requirements fulfilled.Parents and Legal Guardians: Accessing all options to pay for college expenses by designing a financial plan utilizing: FAFSA CSS profile, IDOC, university scholarships [sports, arts, academic & need-based], scholarship search, student loans, parent-plus loans, grants, special circumstances appeals and financial aid packages.
Eliminate the stress and worry associated with the college application process, college decision and financial college expenses.
High School students: course selection, A-G requirements, College search, Cal State, UC, Private and Out-of-State, GPA, SAT vs. ACT, social media, preparation and advisement for each year.
College Path: 2 year and transfer or 4 year: Class registration, Decision; advisement for transfer students re: class selection [IGETC] for California State and University of California Universities, Private and Out-of-State Universities. Determine major, future career goals.
College Applications: Cal State, UC, Common App: deadlines. profile, prompts, essays, transcripts, recommenders letters of recommendation, extra-curricular activities, resume, awards.
College Cost: FAFSA application [required annually], CSS profile and IDOC [required by private universities], California Cal-Grant, Federal Pel-Grants, scholarship search, student-loans, parent-plus loans, private loans, academic, sports, music, dance, theater scholarship awards, financial-aid packages and special circumstances appeals.
